Another day in Wroclaw

The old town hall has a lovely pub below it, and the door at left decends into an amazing cellar.
Making the most of their balcony on a summer's evening...

House fronts at the Rynek.

A view of Hotel Tumski from across the river Oder.

We began our day by viewing the Town Hall Complex which dates back to the early 13th century. Every house front is a different colour, all of them bright and striking. With flower pots drooping red or purple geraniums you can imagine how beautiful it all looks.
Today we organised our hire car for Ratibor and bought another suitcase - as Mike's suitcase broke a wheel and has become impossible for us to lug around. Mike made sure the new suitcase has wheels made for cobble stones!!! There is no equivalent of a Myer or Safeway here in Poland, so we bought the suitcase in a very daggy place called Feniks.
The food is such fun and we are constantly amazed with what we end up getting on our plates after ordering ... the menus are a hoot.
